The choice of the musical means runs effortlessly the gamut, from "scratch and sniff" esthetics to the healthy red-cheeked jazz and blues vocabulary, with lush romanticism, playful anarchy and many more stops in between. All of it deployed not to show off the considerable prowess of each musician, but to follow the unified sense for the "appropriate" dramaturgical development of the material; material that can be formulated and introduced by each of the three members of this gentle triumvirate.
