This is the third Adventure Music release by longtime friend and artist Weber Lago - and our third volume in the popular Adventure Music Piano Masters Series. Volume 3 is the follow-up to Weber's Latin Grammy nominated Live at Caramoor project with fellow Brazilian pianist Jovino Santos Neto. Volume 3 was recorded live on the famed Fazioli F-228 Concert Grand Piano at UCPAC in Rahway New Jersey with no overdubs or editing. This recording features a selection of new original compositions as well as several that were spontaneous compositions created at the moment of the recording. Lago has recorded and performed with great jazz luminaries such as Moacir Santos Paul McCandless Ali Ryerson Kenny Stahl Charles Loos Marcia Maria Alex Acuna Ricardo Peixoto Alphonso Johnson and Adventure Music artist Claudia Villela. Lago is also an experienced educator. In that role he travels constantly to give clinics and workshops in different parts of the globe. He is also in the faculty of the renowned the Jazz School in Berkeley California.
