Tin Angle Gandalf the Grey
Tin Angle
Gandalf the Grey
Long before he recorded his legendary 1972 LP "The Grey Wizard Am I" (GEA #202), Gandalf the Grey was hard at work at Dick Charles studios in N.Y.C. in 1968 on "The Tin Angel" sessions. Out of these demo efforts came another string of sessions known as "What's the Excuse." Basically, "What's the Excuse" was just a polishing up of four of "The Tin Angel" tracks plus additional material. Never before released, both these albums now constitute Gear Fab's second Gandalf release. More troubadour psyche from the Wiz!
