The Kids From 47A Series 1

The complete first series of the 1970s comedy following the escapades of four children who decide to fend for themselves in the absence of their parents. With their father long since posted missing and their mother hospitalised with an illness that will most likely end her life, 16-year-old Jess Gathercole (Christine McKenna) realises that unless she can step up and look after her younger siblings Binny (Gaynor Hodgson), Willy (Nigel Greaves) and George (Russell Lewis) the family will be split up. Will the kids be able to look after themselves well enough to ensure that the authorities aren't alerted to their predicament?
