Reading Body Language

What if you could use body language to convey your message before you even started verbal communication? If you get the first impression of body language messages like "I'm confident", "I'm interested", "I'm bored" and "I'm not interested", you can save a lot of time and hassle. Many communication experts believe that 50-70% of all communications are not verbal. The manner in which we stand, sit, talk and walk, everybody says something regarding us and reflects what's going on in us. Remember that there is no single body language expression that can give you a full understanding of a person's message or situation. Everyone has their own body language. So don't jump straight to the conclusions.
