Preparedness is the only intelligent approach to a crisis . We find ourselves in a global health crisis and nations floundering without any preparedness for a pandemic. The ancient Tamils of India have worked on this type of scenario centuries back and figured a way out psychologically and physically. Unfortunately, either that knowledge is lost or being practiced ritually without a clear understanding of what had been said.
