Rose is a therapist who wants a story of her own to tell. She wants adventure and something other than the bunny vibrator and a glass of wine. What she doesn't want is to be forced into submission, but when a were-eagle takes her to his mansion in the mountains, she has no other choice but to do what he asks. She is told to help his son cope with the death of his mother, but Rose quickly learns that Jacob isn't the one who needs help but herself and Victor, who is tormented with the decision to choose his son or to end his eternal loop. Victor was done fighting to end the loop that had him frozen in time. After losing his son's mother, he brings home a therapist while fighting to make a decision on whether to rejoin the war for peace and the chance to end his endless loop of being reborn. Little did he know that this therapist would get under his skin and try to heal him too and open his heart to a happiness that reignites his will to fight.
