My Memories take me back to growing up in India. I grew up in different parts of India which gave me the exposure to the vibrant cultures all across the regions. But what memory resonates with me is my passion for food. The magic created by the blending of an assortment of spices is perhaps the reason why I was hooked. I was fascinated how different cultures used the same ingredients but transformed the food to something different yet so abundant in flavours.
