Self Assessment and Reorganization of a Group to Establish a Holding: Reorganization of a Group

This work is an application of engineering in industry. In that work, many fields of science were used. Textile have resulted in big changes since 2005 and international firms have to reorganize them self to compete against China and India. Kipa? also tried to catch improvements and to solve its internal problems. Thus, they have carried out this work with the University of Marmara. The main findings of that work are that against changes, you have to also reorganize your internal and external processes otherwise there is no way to compete against new international competitors as well as national ones. China has stared its production by cheap production strategy and Kipa? couldn't make its products as cheap as China and they wanted to improve their quality to get better advantages. The whole work is about to prepare Kipa? to its future.
