After independence, a wide range of socio-economic disparities has emerged with the multi-dimensional development in the State of Punjab (India). Impact of these disparities can be eliminated only by the effective judicious-mix of Social Sector Provisions. Social Sector, especially Education and Health Sector, is the key element for Human Capital formation and so for the growth of the State.
