The badly ignored area of leadership, organizational culture and job commitment urges to be addressed, particularly in Pakistan and generally in Third World as a whole. The topic of this book is to focus these important areas. The scarcity of professionally trained library leadership has always been the whine of educational administrators. Consequently, university libraries persistently been exhibiting gloomy picture of professional direction, institutional values and devoted human resources. Library curriculum, continuous educational programs and existing library literature also could not contribute as much as required for such a significant area.
