These ancient Taoist practices are designed to make it possible for the average person to attain within this lifetime the Golden Dragon Body, a returnable version of the Rainbow Body of the Tibetan. In sharing my meditation journals, poetry, insights and realizations, I distill the essence of my practice - stillness - to inspire and encourage everyone on their path, whether an advanced spiritual practitioner stuck in their routine, or the average person who never takes the time to practice, and all in between.
