The story of HMS Nancy during the War of 1812, and the men in charge, Alexander Mackintosh and Miller Worsley, woven into crucial events of the war during 1813 and 1814 on the Upper Great Lakes, including the British attacks on Fort Meigs, Fort Stephenson, the adventures of the Nancy in the St. Clair River, Lake Huron, Lake Manitoulin (now Georgian Bay), the American assault on For Mackinac.
