This handy little book gives ordinary people living everyday lives 20 + tips on how they can make a difference to climate change and the world in which we live by making relatively minor adjustments to their daily routines. It also contains a powerful and straightforward explanation covering why we must not support the continued existance of Nuclear weapons. All of this is particularly important during the Trump "presidency" as he continues to withdraw the USA from treaties and agreements that have made the world a better and safer place for 50 years and more. Now it seems he is determined to ignore climate change scientists AND kick start the arms race, dragging the world back to the dark days of the Cold War for reasons, we all suspect, that are more to do with the commercial gain of his backers than commen sense, political maturity and moral decency."Plays in the Rain" is my Native American name. I used to say I liked what it implies about how we should all approach life and the problems we all face in the first part of the 21st Century. Now I think it may be time to dust off the CND banners and take to the campaign trail again.
