Selecting a good supplier to cooperate in the supply chain is crucial to companies. It is apparent that companies have to manage in an era of global competition. Today's buyers hope cheaper price, high quality products, on-time delivery, and excellent after-sale services. And which is forcing many firms to rethink their business strategy. Achieving this starts with supplier selection. Therefore, an efficient supplier selection process needs to be in place and of paramount importance for successful supply chain management.
