Karen Harris, Commander of Unit T, formed to combat human trafficking, believed she had eradicated a European criminal gang known as the Circle.



Information about the abduction of a young girl, from an informer, convinces Karen the Circle still exists in Spain as Circulo.



Her investigation of Circulo links them with an American, bringing a new experiance for clients. Karen wants to arrest him.



The Americans want the man to first show his hand. For Karen to agree, risks the lives of many girls, leaving an uneasy compromise between her and the Americans. This soon falls apart and tensions escalate. Now two powerful military forces are about to face each other. Neither can, or are prepared to back down!
