Tactica provides a philosophy of excellence, a method to follow in order to achieve it, and a set of rules to act as a guide to implementing the Method, distilled from the accumulated knowledge of men who had more at stake than making a sales target. Experienced Sales People, Sales Managers, and Sales aware frontline Technical Staff, will benefit by using the Tactica techniques it imparts allowing them to maximise chances and impact of success, and minimise the likelihood and impact of failure. Less experienced and new staff will have a model to aspire to and instructions on how to achieve it. Tactica will allow everyone from Sales Team and Technical Support Engineer, to Sales Manager, and Sales Director to understand the Objective of the Campaign, what the correct Strategy is to achieve the Objective, and which Tactics to employ to enable the Strategy. About the author: During his career Paul has worked for some of the largest companies in the Computer industry such as IBM, and often found himself as part of smaller companies that became large during his tenure such as Amdahl and BMC Software. His proudest time was as Managing Director of Proxima Technology EMEA, where he helped to lead the company from a small office behind a McDonalds in a run down London Suburb, to a Multinational independent Software Company with offices in Denver, Windsor, Hamburg, Dublin, Budapest, and Sydney.
