Most of us business owners and non-profits, spend most of our time "fighting fires." Honestly, from my end, fires that I could easily have avoided, in "hindsight." Yes "hindsight" is a wonderful thing, isn't it? But without a map (like PRALOF), hindsight is all there is. And problems will always expand in to any time and space presented to them. It's perfectly natural. So how do we make sure we stop "fire fighting" and actually create the direction and success we crave for our organisation or business?PRALOF (pronounced pray luv - well that's how I say it anyway & I invented it) is a simple 6 question framework, that tries to ensure that every decision you make, is really where you want to go. That you have your bases covered and that you don't "drop the ball." Ultimately, it's about asking the right questions, early on, so that you can spend less time fighting fires, and more time and energy, being where your organisation, or business, needs to be. Excelling at what it does. My belief is if you don't create your holistic framework, by asking these six questions, that you will end up fighting more fires than you needed to. And we all know how fighting fires turns out!It's only six questions! How hard can it be?
