The Fall and Rise of Mark Ridley

It's the year 2055 in an alternate future where the internet never came to be and a third world war has ravaged East Asia. Private Investigator Mark Ridley remembers it well and uses his experiences from the war to make a quick buck any way he can. Pacific City is the last bastion of capitalism and freedom left in the world, but that doesn't mean it's heaven. Ridley will have to navigate the slums, corporations, and sun-washed streets of the city-state to find a missing woman with a mysterious benefactor and even more mysterious kidnappers. Will Ridley solve the case in time, or will his past catch up to silence him permanently?
