The Nest explores themes of childhood and growing up. Sparks centres on discovering first young love. Flames is about loss, broken friendships, familial bonds, and death. Death, losing people we love and are connected too, is the most painful experience we encounter as humans. Burning investigates the destruction of a marriage and subsequent hardships that follow. Ashes discourses pain and trauma of watching your love burn into nothingness.




Birth talks about the arrival of blessings through motherhood. Rising addresses understanding the larger picture and gaining the strength to make the difficult changes within yourself. Soaring looks at discovering what you truly need and can accomplish if you are brave enough. Resurrected unearths finding new love and reason to move forward in your personal journey. The final chapter, Reborn, describes reaching your ultimate peace amongst your inner being.
