In one unexpected instant a terrible accident changes Anna Jones life forever. Now she must figure out how to start a new life. Five months after the accident Anna is well enough to go back home to Montana. On her way there she is caught in a surprise snowstorm and is saved by a kind, gray eyed handsome stranger. He introduces himself as Walt Rusmosen and for some reason Anna feels safe with him. The storm closes the roads and they have no choice but to share the only room left in a small town in Wyoming. Anna is still healing from the accident both physically and mentally and her dreams are still nightmares. Most of the time she wakes up screaming. This night is no different. Walt has no idea what is happening. And wonders what he has gotten himself into. The next morning they part ways thinking they will never see each other again. But life has other ideas. Little does each other know that in the coming days they will meet again and that life will lead them down a new path with new storms. They must choose whether they should go separate ways and forget they ever knew each other or listen to their hearts and face the storms together.
