Change is good but change is hard and it was exactly what Sharenda needed, to change from the inside out. Growing Pains is the personal healing journey of Sharenda after facing some challenging times professionally and personally. As a result of her biological father's illness and subsequent death, she was on the verge of an emotional breakdown. Unwilling to get stuck there, she made the decision to heal, change and grow forward. On her journey to spiritual maturity, she reveals her decision to forgive her biological father, learning how to express vulnerability and being okay with rejection. The unraveling was God's way of pruning and promoting her for a reintroduction. Growing Pains is an in depth look at the life of Sharenda as it relates to ministry, career, and relationships.
