Realizing she traded one type of abuse for another, Kay escapes from Ghost's thrall to try once more to make a living while also helping people like her. When she sets up shop in a small town not unlike where she grew up, The Aggregate come calling, offering her a deal she just can't refuse. This is what happens when you negotiate with terrorists.
