This book is about dysfunctions that we face in life or have faced that have formed generational curses, yokes of bondage, and norms that are not intended to be normal. We experience so many different things in this walk of life IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS, be it abuse, manipulation, defeat, watching our parents do things that are not right, hurt, betrayal, and much more. We have all faced things from childhood and adulthood that have altered the way that we perceive things and the way that we express them also. A lot of people hold these things in and NEVER deal with the matters of their hearts, which causes problems later in life and relationships. Sometimes we don't like ourselves, and it is not because we are terrible people, but because we have not forgiven ourselves or others that have hurt us!
