I decided to write a short text every Monday for my "friends" on Facebook. It was a sort of defense towards the moments that are present. I called these texts "exercises". They had to be objective, condensed, comprehensible by all, with a strong point, but not at all exaggerated. The main intention of these texts was to relate events, to comment on situations or even to predict them, to resist poetically to them and to propose unexpected ideas. The Facebook "wall" was the right place to host these texts, just where Facebook asks you, "What's ?n your mind?" The "exercises" were written and posted for one year, 53 Mondays, from 17 March 2014 to 16 March 2015.
