American Phoenix

R. R. Sherman lives with his wife Karen, in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. After graduating from Boston English H. S., he attended the former North Adams State College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree; he was then appointed an Adjunct Professorship from LaSalle University after receiving a Juris Doctorate. He is a former educator in the North Adams and Williamstown school districts. He is an avid Numismatist and Philatelist, and also an amateur astronomer -- as well as a recreational fencer. He has published a Mystery Trilogy, as well as several works dealing with U. S. history including American Phoenix: 1865-1900, from the Civil War to World Power, Volumes 1 and 2.
