Meet the Author - J. D. Griffith Nick names can follow one throughout life, but Jolie stayed primarily in Boyertown, PA, where I grew up. Never one to mark time, I moved from PA, to live in WV, OH, and NC, where I taught Sunday School classes first through sixth grade. I lived my dream job as an analytical chemist until another job opened up for me, unexpectedly. Writing for children fulfilled another dream, and I love sharing Jesus with kids today-no matter their age. Meeting Linda Shanks was one of those things where, as soon as it sunk in, I knew my life was forever changed. Jesus fills all those needs. Working side by side, we make sure we're in step with Jesus and go where ever He leads. Bible Study for Kids creator - Linda Shanks Bible Study for Kids was conceived by Linda Shanks in 2005. While teaching the K-6th grades Youth Group at her church she found that there was a serious lack of computer aided programs for kids to use study the Bible. So she developed her own stories, illustrated them and created Power Point presentations for the kids to use in the church computer lab. They were popular with the kids and it was suggested by parents and friends that she make them available for others. "God gets all the credit for this," she remarks, "for without His guidance and the volunteers that helped with the extra lessons, writing stories and blogs, proofreading and putting up with me, there would be no BSFK Publishing or Bible Study for Kids dot com."
