An ordained minister, he is founder and Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel Northeast Columbia, located in Columbia, SC. He is the author of numerous papers and published articles on leadership and organizational effectiveness. Michael is married to the former Susan Gail Weston and they have three adult children, Michael, Robert, and Rebekah with one grandson, Connor.
