In the Blink of an Eye

The world is in turmoil. Arty Baxter is certain that we're living in the Last Days described in the Bible. He helps lead his wife, Linda back to Jesus after she is tested. Will he reach his own daughter? Maj. Oscar Rodriguez is an Air Force pilot flying combat missions over Iran. His back seater, Capt. Josh Wright, is Christian but Oscar is not. The WHO and Dr. Jorge Schmidt are in charge of stopping the world wide pandemic of Influenza H5N1. Dr Anna Hampton is with the CDC temporarily attached to the WHO in Manila. They clash over his homosexual lifestyle and her Christian beliefs. General Clarence Brandt is the country's point man to deflect a giant asteroid away from Earth. He thinks they are going to just make their launch window when, all over the world, hundreds of millions of people disappear.in the blink of an eye! Bradley Clark Hopkins was born in Cuba, NY in 1954. He is the oldest of six children, four boys and two girls. His father's work took the family to the suburbs of Rochester, NY where he graduated from Churchville-Chili High School in 1972. He has 4 beautiful children, 3 girls and a boy all adults now and 4 glorious grandchildren, 3 boys and a girl. Gifted with a fruitful imagination he started verbalizing stories (white lies) almost as soon as he could to talk. He started writing short stories, always Sci-Fi, for his own enjoyment sometime after his 30th birthday. He was born again on Oct, 24, 1998. Since becoming a Christian his stories have been Christ centered.
