My name is Lakita T. Sharpe, and I attended Brown College where I studied Radio and Television Production. I am committed to bringing healthy and wholesome literature to the youth. God has called me to start a book ministry to teach and minister to my audience in a creative way through my colorful characters. I have also authored the books The Adventures of Rainbow Girl Series: Rainbow Meets Hannah Book 1 and Honk-Honk Hi, Y'all, I'm Leader Goose, which was recognized by First Lady Michelle Obama and the President. In The Adventures of Rainbow Girl Book 2, Rainbow discovers she has a hidden vocal talent and is given courage by God to overcome her fears about singing in public. These stories are based on the trials and tribulations encountered in the life experiences that I, along with others, have overcome. I am the Founder/CEO of The Rosalee Barnes Foundation.
