Jumpstart Elyria Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative

The Elyria Transportation and Business Redevelopment Plan, as part of a Transportation for Livable Communities Initiative (TLCI) through the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) study positions Elyria to establish itself as a robust twenty-first century Western Reserve city. Building upon recent improvements in the community, and prior studies that highlight the unique assets of Elyria, this study focuses on implementation matters and the linkages between infrastructure investment and economic development.
