At age seven, young Ciceroni, a prince of the dai'mon-goth kingdom, loses his right eye due to a vicious snake bite while simultaneously unlocking fiery dragon powers he didn't realize he had. Fast-forward twenty-one years into the future, the young prince is twenty-eight, and he has a sister, aged twenty-one, named Penelope. Both are wanted fugitives by their own kingdom. While dreaming, Penelope receives a vision from an entity called the Voice. The Voice tells her that she and her brother must go to the Star-rimgates that lead to the other ten districts of their realm. Within moments the kindred are attacked by rolling, twenty-five-foot-tall stone creatures. These enemies cannot die! So how do you kill something that cannot be killed?
