In addition to her formal university studies she is a qualified coach, and also provides specialist coaching and consultancy services to improve communications in the work place. Gwyneth loves working with people - as opposed to machines - recognizing that each one of us is unique and is capable of creating a fabulous future according to our own values and desires. The training and professional development of others has always been an integral part of Gwyneth's working life. She has some 25 years' experience within multi-national and multi-cultural environments such as the UN and the OSCE throughout Europe and the Balkans, as well as having worked in the private sector. Giving back The way that we communicate with each other is changing faster than most people can keep up with, and young people in particular face huge challenges, especially when entering the job market. Gwyneth therefore works with youth to help them learn about how to support themselves and others, and to define achievable goals that will take them to where they want to be.
