The book itself is my feelings on many different subjects that we all come across during our life journey. My biggest inspiration was my three children, family, and friends. After the loss of my twenty-year-old son, Barry R. Catron, due to a boating accident, I started putting my thoughts on paper in poem version. It has been and always will be my therapy! But I will never get over his loss. I hope there might be some material that I wrote that someone else might be able to relate to, and it might soothe their heart and soul for whatever challenge they might be facing.
