Risk For Reward shows individuals how to change employment, one conversation at a time. From there we instruct on how the four Business Demands and five Organizational Service items need to be incorporated into their job or job search information (resume/cover letter/ interview/follow up). We also assist someone develop their expertise and how to convey the Expertise to the employer while also creating a Guarantee that they provide to their employer. All the information becomes clearer when applying Timeliness, Relevancy, and Fit in order to complete the picture and enjoy a balanced plan for a a better job. Lastly we share some templates to help people track their information for immediate use and portability.
