Over the past four decades, the technology in vibration instrumentation & measurements, signal processing, and analytical simulation using finite element methods has advanced significantly. This book introduces four aspects required in vibration and dynamics. These are instruments related to vibration transducers, experimental methods, signal processing, and theoretical modelling and analysis to understand the experimental results. This book aims to communicate the fundamental principles of all three facets of vibration-based analysis in a simplified tutorial manner, which is not readily available in literature.
