Contributor Bio:  Meichenbaum, Donald Donald Meichenbaum, PhD, has put his 40 years of experience working with trauma victims into this guidebook. He is one of the founders of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and in a survey of clinicians, he was voted "one of the 10 most influential psychotherapists of the 20th century."
