The enforcement agency for this act, the United States Fish & Wildlife Service, instead of servicing the American people, and its wildlife, is servicing the leftist agenda of Radical Environmentalism. S. says Moose are dying because they can?t find shade. u 40 dead fish cost the California Dept. of Transportation $5,000,000.00 each. u Ranchers are losing their land, because their cows might step on turtles. u Farmers are being arrested because their plows kill rats.
