Each chapter could be a workout in spiritual gym, tightening, strengthening, buffing our mental muscles, and helping us keep John Paul Sartre's "pact of generosity" with every human being. Although my conditioning is Judeo-Christian, my conviction is that we all: Jew, Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist, Christian, any who seek goodness and light, are children of our one Father, GOD.
