In a short space of time, hitchhiking and walking the Caucasus helped with the exploration of four countries, namely, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia and Russia. Travel, learn, enjoy while inspiring others. I started this journey as a challenge to myself and I was determined to travel with as little money as possible; and no sponsors! You too can do it, but firstly, you must learn to trust yourself and your abilities; secondly, travel and inspire others while at it; thirdly, enjoy every moment because you will visit some amazing countries and meet some wonderful people: I earned the nickname 'Siberian Hitchhiker'. Your race, religion or the country where you come from shouldn't be a defining factor of you as a person. Define your own destiny and keep going until you are satisfied; never take no for an answer. Do not fear travelling alone; embrace the freedom that comes with it. Travelling precautionary measures which are covered extensively in this book just for you. The Caucasus region was chosen for this book due to the ease of travelling, hitchhiking and the enormous hospitality the people offer to strangers; by the way, no one is ever treated as a stranger in the Caucasus region, you are regarded as a brother or sister, and that's it!
