COMI is an instruction manual that explains the spiritual way to heal mental illness. Everything in life relates to the Self and your perfect care - or lack of care - of it. To get well, the patient must improve his/her attitudes about Self. The Self is the energy that allows you to breathe, think, and live as God incarnate. The reason thousands of people do not recover from chronic mental illness is because almost no one knows how to accomplish that, even though there are thousands of mental health professionals.




We all know by now that taking pills is not the answer. What really happens within the mind in mental illness has remained a mystery throughout the centuries. People who are mentally ill have unintentionally thought their way into this illness through misuse of their own thoughts. Because this is true, these people also have the ability to think their way out of it by reversing their thoughts, particularly their thoughts about Self.




We always do have complete mental control over any of our illnesses - even mental illness. We just have no training in how to think correctly for our own well-being. If parents across the world would begin to teach their little children to love themselves while they are little, these children would grow up to be loving, functional adults, rather than empty dysfunctional sick people, and in time mental illness in all its forms would disappear from the earth. This book is designed for use by professionals in group therapy or by individuals seeking greater peace of mind.
