Happiness and the Limits of Satisfaction

This work argues that the prevailing view of happiness being defined as "well-feeling" is dangerous in politics as well as ethics. It suggests that it creates individuals with no other sense of obligation than finding personal satisfaction, regardless of the cost to themselves or others.
