Bent over Backwards: Poetry for the Real World

Bent Over Backwards, Poetry for the Real World, is poetry for real people, living today, who don't have the time or energy to decipher abstract verse. But for everyone who is racing through life, squeezing every last minute out of the day-my poetry tries to give you a moment to stop, reflect, and breathe deep-before you jump right back into it all. My hope is that these poems will comfort, soothe, and give a voice to some of the emotions we all have trapped inside us.
