Countess Megan of Bondi: a True Blue Australian Countess

Inspired by a true story, Countess Megan of Bondi is the fictional account of Megan, a young Australian girl who works at Athena Café, and Pal, a Hungarian immigrant boy. Pal waits for Megan outside the café one afternoon and presents her with a bouquet of flowers. A courtship soon begins, and, before learning much about each other, the two marry. Secrets are gradually revealed through a series of unusual events. Megan accidentally discovers Pal's aristocratic background and his desire to provide an heir to his dynasty. After traveling to Hungary to receive his inheritance, criminals attack Pal and his brother Marton, and the couple leave the country empty-handed.
