Far from Grace
Bryan Rockstroh
Far From Grace is the story of one man's search for a meaningful life. That search takes him back to his past, to a reunion with the cast members of the local Rocky Horror Picture Show performance, and plants him firmly in the middle of the cast's plan to blackmail the owner of their beloved Sandeman Theater in order to save the antique building from being destroyed. Complicating the issue is the presence of his old flame in the cast. Her name is Nalia and she is not at all pleased with the direction the cast is taking, beloved theater or no, and she holds Our Hero responsible for anything that happens. Through it all there is the cult of the Rocky Horror Picture Show and the people that make it a living, breathing, weekly celebration of life, love, and the freedom to be yourself.
