Discovering Crescent Moon

Austín has always struggled to fi t in, because he has Sickle Cell Disease. Sickle cell prevents him from participating in the activities that other kids get to do, like sports, swimming, and more. After changing schools, Austín makes new friends, including Cheyanne, who also has sickle cell, and she introduces Austín to Camp Crescent Moon, a camp for kids with Sickle Cell Disease.
