If you answered yes to any of these questions, this log is created especially for you. In this 80-page logbook, you will find blanks to fill in and ample space to keep track of your most unforgettable alien abduction.
Use it to document where you were, when it happened, and who was with you at the time of your abduction. When you are returned, take stock of your body (don't forget your scalp and teeth) to notice if you have any new bodily markings. Also make note of any missing time and if you re-appeared in a different location.
If you were with friends at the time of the alien abduction and they are willing, you might get them to write their third-person account of the event.
As time passes, it's easy to forget seemingly unimportant details so be sure you make note of anything and everything that you remember and notice upon returning, including any snatches of color, symbols, light or sound you remember from the abduction encounter itself. These tiny details may help you to remember more later.
Journaling about the experience can also help you cope with the anxiety of abduction. Express your feelings, both positive and negative, about the experience.
