Synopsis for Ring Quest: The Continuing Story of the Ring By Cassie Martin and Caroline Milton A group of us had been attending workshops on personal development for a year given by a remarkable man, Robert Light. His talks were quite different from anything we had heard before. A startling new approach was to give us practical tools to reconnect with the information our bodies give us - so bypassing the conditioning of the mind. One day, out of the blue, he began talking about humanity?s journey from our beginnings to the present day and asked us what we thought life had been like in our remote past - to which the answer was that we had lived life at a higher vibration to the one we now inhabit. He told us that the earth?s energies could now fall no lower and we needed to return to that higher dimension. However, he revealed that humanity is trapped in a vicious cycle that keeps on repeating, as we have not learned from our mistakes.
