Herbert Unterberger
Art Kultur
How would one describe the works of Herbert Unterberger without the use of superlatives? The Sculptor projects for us his vision of the powers of the world - necessarily abstracted - where stone giants awake, and time imprints granite with form. His works beg to be touched, they endear and unfold themselves mysteriously, smooth and sleek, caressing our hyper-aware senses. Herbert Unterberger transports us with strength and might into an explosive galaxy of the spiritual, jostling us between all tangible futures and thousands of years of ancient stone.
