Jacen Manson is a 'well-paid' junior doctor... once he's added up the excessive hours. He grapples with the conundrums of balancing his career with love and a 'normal' life. Living at constant breaking point is not an easy state... so needs must, though emotional baggage storage is rather limited... as is a regular toilet break.
